PRELIMINARY PHASE : We start with a preliminary interview in order to collect your needs and expectations, then define together the most suitable format in terms of duration and content, according to your assessment objectives. INVESTIGATION PHASE : discovery of your personality - analysis of your skills, aptitudes and professional and personal motivations, deep desires and professional interests - identification of compatible professions and the professional environment favorable to your development, associated with professional surveys on the field, definition of the objectives of a realistic professional project while respecting the balance with your private life. Depending on the objectives validated together: Training project, internal mobility, search for a new position within another company, or possibly in a new region... CONCLUSION PHASE : validation of the professional project(s) ) retained, identification of the action plan to be implemented, planning of the first actions. A written summary co-constructed with you, containing the detailed results of your skills assessment is given to you at the end of the assessment (deliverable).
